Teton County Housing Authority

The Teton County Housing Authority was created to provide housing opportunities to people employed in Teton County who make less than 120% of the median income. Homes are deed-restricted for a 20 or 30 year period for each owner and remain restricted for that period to income/asset qualified and county - employed persons.
